Graco Pro Series G3 Automated Lubricating System

The Graco G3 series pump can be used to provide precise lubrication to all points on construction equipment, agricultural implements, or industrial process machines. Capable of pumping up to #2 grease, this pump will help reduce down time and extend the life of machinery that is vital to our customer’s daily operation.

This particular Graco Automated System was installed on a large water pump for an excavation company.

Featured in this installation is a Graco 222629 six product dispensing console, equipped with Graco dispensing meters. Hoidale has installed hundreds of quick lube facilities. We provide turn-key construction including all tanks, equipment, and piping. We sell top-of-the-line lubricating equipment including Lincoln and Graco. We also provide full service and repair on all of the lubricating products we sell.

This is a used oil evacuation tank system that we routinely build for our customers. This system consists of a We-Mac UL Listed 520 gallon double wall tank, with a reel platform, step and filter basin. The pump is a Lincoln model 85627 1” 1:1 ratio diaphragm with a 1” strainer connected on the suction side of the pump. The pump connects to a Hannay model N818 spring rewind, 1000 psi rated reel w/ a 1” x 25’ suction rated hose. The tank is topped with a 48” Econ-O-Gage level gauge, 4” 8oz emergency vents, Kruger interstitial leak gauge, BJ Enterprises Pneumatic overfill shut off valve for the pump and suction stub for removing the product out of the tank.

This project was a facility rebuild after a tornado devastated Greensburg, KS. The facility was built using as much "Green Technology" as available from Lincoln. Featured equipment includes:
